What is a PersonalCare Bundle?
Our PersonalCare Bundles are a grouping of benefits that when combined into a “bundle” provide a more comprehensive benefit for our members.
Why are there different PersonalCare Bundle options?
We offer different bundle options to provide a variance in the benefit program included in each bundle to provide different price points and solutions to meet our members' needs.
How do I access the virtual care services provided in a PersonalCare Bundle?
Virtual care access is easy. In the Personal Care section of the Benalign app, simply click on the respective virtual care service needed ( i.e. primary care or mental health) and you will be connected directly to the care center concierge that can then get you connected with a licensed provider in your state.
Are the Rx benefits the same in all PersonalCare Bundle Options?
The prescription benefits available in the PersonalCare bundles do vary by bundle option. Bundle 1 includes an acute care only generic prescription program, whereas in the other Personal Care bundles the prescription benefit include a more comprehensive generic drug formulary inclusive of both acute care and chronic care medications. What is the Pet Telehealth benefit included in the bundles?
The pet telehealth benefit included in our bundles provides for cost-effective access to a licensed veterinary professional for a virtual consult for only a $10 visit fee. The vet professional can then advise if additional services are needed to access a licensed veterinarian in your area. This can help our members save the vet hospital ER charges or higher consult fees for in-office services if a virtual consult can help resolve the issue involving your pet.
What services are included in the patient advocacy services?
Medical bills are confusing, the patient advocacy services available in many of our PersonalCare bundles can help explain your medical bill and the reason for the balance due. Our advocacy services can then help resolve any outstanding medical bill balances due if desired through the bill negotiation services included. How can a member utilize the consumer direct lab program?
section of your Benalign app to gain access to the menu of lab tests available. Members can then select the lab test desired/needed, complete payment, and then submit. Members will then receive a lab requestion to take to the nearest LabCorp draw station to complete the lab testing. Results will be made available to Benalign members usually within 72 hours from the date of the sample drawing.
Describe the virtual fitness benefit component.
Our virtual fitness benefit allows our members to gain access to a separate Primor fitness app that provides a full range of exercises, videos, the ability to design the best fitness routine for you. If you subscribe to Bundle 4, you'll gain access to a personal fitness coach to guide you in your fitness journey.

The Benalign Hub is your personal benefit marketplace. Through the “hub” portion of Benalign, you will find 20+ different benefit options that allow you to design and subscribe to the benefits that best meet your individual or family needs. Benalign Disclosure
The Benalign PersonalCare and Balance benefit program is NOT insurance, not intended to replace insurance, and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act. It provides direct access to providers that charge a zero co-pay for their services, or in the case of the acute and chronic Rx benefit program a small copay, based on the generic medication elected. It also includes the ability to cancel the monthly subscription and discontinue services. If a subscription is cancelled in the middle of the month, services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle and services will terminate after the last day of the paid billing period. There are no refunds for the remaining days in the billing cycle once the subscription has been paid. Subscribers must terminate the subscription before the next billing cycle by logging into their account.
Certain services are provided by third party vendors. When connecting with a vendor, members should reference Benalign as the benefit program that they have enrolled in. Benalign is only offered in states where an active business license is in force. Please see disclosure on www.benalign.com for a listing of approved states.
Additional Disclosures
All services are designed to be offered to adults over the age of 18 as the primary Benalign member. Virtual care services and any resulting prescriptions or other care direction is subject to the discretion of the professional judgement of the licensed physician involved in the consult with the Benalign member. Prescriptions will not be available for any DEA-controlled substance, non-therapeutic drugs, and certain other drugs that which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. All mental health virtual services are available to members or dependents over the age of 18, unless a parental authorization is received.
Lab services are not available in certain states. Details provided at time-of-service request. Pet telehealth is a consult-service only by a veterinary professional and is limited to services approved to be provided by each state licensing body.
Benalign does not control the discounts offered through the Benalign Perks program, those discounts made available are subject to each respective network supplier and subject to change from time to time.
